TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
4 South Rhodes Avenue (west side) from a point 75 feet south of East 35th Street to a
point 50 feet south thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, Public Benefit [02018-5359]
29 North Austin Boulevard (east side) from West Chicago Avenue south to the first alley;
No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday and Also North Austin Boulevard (east side) from West Augusta Avenue south to the first alley; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days [02018-8890]
42 East South Water Street (north side) from a point 28 feet west of North Field Boulevard
to a point 76 feet west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, 6;00pm to 7:00am, Monday through Friday, All Times, Saturday through Sunday, Public Benefit - (18-01738596) [02018-4143]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
18 West 86th Street; Repeal Ordinance Passed 02/11/1981, journal page 5476, which
reads: West 86th Street (north and south sides) from South Keating Avenue to the first alley west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00pm to 4:00am, All Days, by Striking the above -- (18-02850278) [02018-7432]
18 West 81st Street; Repeal Ordinance Passed 10/02/2000, journal page 4132, which
reads: West 81st Street from South Pulaski Road to a point 600 feet west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, 8:00am to 10:00am, Monday through Friday, by Striking the above - (18-02850206) [O2018-7436]
27 2100 West Lexington Street; Amend Ordinance Passed 07/20/2016, journal page
31431, which reads: 2100 West Lexington Street from South Leavitt Street to South Hoyne Avenue (north and south sides); No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, Except 311 Permit Parking, by Inserting: South Hoyne Avenue (east and west sides) from West Lexington Street to West Flournoy Street, And Also South Leavitt Street (east side) from West Lexington Street to West Flournoy Street [02018-7622]
29 North Austin Boulevard; Repeal Ordinance which reads: North Austin Boulevard
(east side) from West Lake Street to West North Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, by Striking the above [02018-8889]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
