RESERVED PARKING (2% DISABLED)

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLANEOUS:

42                     South Canal Street (west side) from a point 113 feet north of West Adams Street

to a point 22 feet north thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), All Times, All Days - (18-02828425) [02018-7696]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2% Disabled) on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) transmitted herewith.
