ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe M3-3 Heavy Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-G in the area commonly referred to a 1354 West Wabansia to B1-2 Neighborhood Shopping and Neighborhood Mixed Use District.
