ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the following portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as residential permit parking zones for the locations and zones indicated:

•   Create New Zone (Zone number assigned by Committee): 36^th PI. (both sides) from S. Wabash Ave. to S. Michigan Ave, designated as Residential Permit Parking Zone; All Times, All Days.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
