Dear Mr. Siskel:
Pursuant to a request from Ms. Tom Meyer, we are transmitting herewith for your review and approval as to form and legality an original and three (3) copies of a proposed Lexington Avondale Villas Subdivision being a resubdivision of lots in the block bounded by N. Karlov Avenue, W. Barry Avenue, W. Belmont Avenue and N. Pulaski Avenue for Lexington Homes in substantially the form shown in the attached plat which for grater certainty is hereby made a part of this ordinance. This property is located in the 31st Ward.

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of 'he Chicago Department o? Transportation, or any of her designees, is each hereby authorized and directed to approve a proposed Lexington Avondale Villas Subdivision being a resubdivision of certain lots owned by the Lexington Village LLC ("Developer") in the block bounded by W. Belmont Avenue, W. Barry Avenue, N. Karlov Avenue and N. Puiaski Avenue, and legally described in the attached piat (Exhibit A, CDOT File: 27-31-18-3868} which, for greater certainty, is hereby made a part of this ordinance
