BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Chicago Urban Renewal Partners LLC, 300 W. Grand Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60654 from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to a service drive and loading facilities at 514-16 E. 95^th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60619.
