In accordance with the Amendment to the Zoning Code enacted by the City Council, Section 17-13-0107-A of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, please be advised that on or about December 5, 2018, the undersigned, will file applications for a change in zoning for the property located at 7111 North Clark Street from a B3-2 Community Shopping District to a Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District.

The owner of the property and the applicant for the zoning amendment is Auto Tecx Real Estate Inc. located at 7111 North Clark Street, Chicago, IL 60626.

The applicant seeks a rezoning to allow the applicant to perform auto body repair work in an existing auto repair shop. No change is being made to the structure of the existing building. Except for offering auto body repair work, no changes are proposed to the current business.
