ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location as indicated below:

•   North Kenneth Avenue, East Side, from a point 20 feet north of West Waveland Avenue to the intersection, and on West Waveland Avenue, North Side, from a point 20 feet east of North Kenneth Avenue to the intersection with North Kenneth Avenue; No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing/Tow Zone; All Days, All Times.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after passage and publication.
