ORDINANCE Residential Permit Parking 1200 block of West Albion Avenue
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on March 23,1994, [page 47229 of the Journal of Proceedings] establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, which reads "In the 1200 Block of West Albion Avenue (both sides) 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. - Monday through Friday - Zone 56.", is hereby amended by striking: "In the 1200 Block of West Albion Avenue (both sides) 7:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. - Monday through Friday", and inserting in lieu thereof "West Albion (both sides) from North Lakewood Avenue (east of the CTA Red Line) to the first alley east thereof - at all times"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
