Ordinance Residential Permit Parking 1300 block of West Loyola Avenue

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on May 24, 2017, Journal page 49432, which reads "1241,1249, 1261,1263,1305,1317, 1329, and 1331 West Loyola Avenue (south side) as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone 56, 7:30am to 9:30am and 4:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday", is hereby amended by striking "1305, 1317"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
