ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-I in the area bound by:

a line 171 feet north of and parallel to the alley next north of and parallel to West Chicago Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Mozart Avenue; a line 150 feet north of and parallel to the alley next north of and parallel to West Chicago Avenue; and North Mozart Avenue,

Roberto Maldonado Alderman, 26^th Ward

to those of a RS-1, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
