MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS
CLOSED TO TRAFFIC SCHOOL DAYS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Closed to Traffic School Days Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
30 North Mason Avenue from West Belmont Avenue to West Barry Avenue; Closed to
Traffic, 2:30pm to 3:10pm, School Days provided provisions of section 9-12-040 of the City Traffic Codes are fully complied with and provided. School is responsible for Traffic Control Devices - (18-03117490) [Or2018-527]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Closed to Traffic School Days Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
