BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-F in the area bounded by:

A line 266.58 feet south of and parallel with the south right-of-way line of West North Avenue; North Orleans Street;
A line 291.58 feet south of and parallel with the south right-of-way line of West North Avenue;
A line 102.25 feet west of and parallel with the west right-of-way line of North Orleans;

to those of B2-5 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District, which is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
