CITY OF CHICAGO POOL VEHICLE PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend City of Chicago Pool Vehicle Parking Tow Zone Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
42 North Sedgwick Street (west side) from a point 30 feet north of West Superior Street to
a point 40 feet north thereof; City of Chicago Pool Vehicle Parking Tow Zone -(18-05001184) [02018-9399]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend City of Chicago Pool Vehicle Parking Tow Zone Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
