ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Annual Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year 2019 is hereby amended by striking the words and figures indicated and by inserting the words and figures indicated on Exhibit A attached hereto.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon the occurrence of both of the following: (1) its passage and approval, and (2) the passage of an ordinance amending the Municipal Code to transfer jurisdiction over the Workers' Compensation Program and the Police and Fire Medical and Hospital Care Program from the Committee on Finance to the Comptroller.
