ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
Section 1: Pursuant to an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council which allows erection of honorary street-name signs, the Commissioner of Transportation shall take the necessary action for the standardization of W. Nelson, between N. Racince Avenue and N. Southport Avenue as "Jonathan Bunge Way."
Section 2: The ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication

RE: Pending Passage for Jonathan Bunge Way Dear Chairman Beale,
Please be advised that I have requested an honorary street sign for Jonathan Bunge Way. This was introduced into City Council on January 22, 2019. I am requesting that you allow the fabrication of the signs pending the publication of the ordinance in the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago. In addition, I am requesting to that someone contact Elizabeth Gomez, in my office, to coordinate a date and time for installation of the sign at 773-248-1330.
