BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the CI-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 12-F in the area described as follows:

A line 73.40 feet north of and parallel with the north right-of-way line of West 50th Street;
The public alley next east of and parallel with South Halsted Street; West 50th Street; South Halsted Street;

to those of a C2-2, Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District, which is hereby established in the area described.


SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
