TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW ZONES:
30 North Keeler Avenue (west side) from West School Street to West Henderson Avenue;
No Parking Tow Zone, 7:00am to 4:30pm, School Days Only (19-00014410) [02018-9239]
32 North Leavitt Street (west side) from a point 123-feet north of West Concord Place to a
point 20 feet north thereof: No Parking Tow Zone, 9:00am to 1:00pm, Thursday through Friday, - (19-00014532) [02018-9360]
32 West Belmont Avenue (north side) from North Ashland Avenue to the alley east
thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days [02019-1164]
34 West 109th Street (north and south sides) from South Halsted Street to the first alley
east thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days Public Benefit -(18-03170334) [02018-8131]
40 North Ravenswood Avenue (East-leg) (west side) from West Winnemac Avenue to
West Foster Avenue (southbound lane only); No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days -(19-00015498) [02018-9371]
45 North Kilpatrick Avenue (west side) from West Pensacola Avenue to the first alley
south thereof; No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, Tow Zone, All Times, All Days -- (18-03165720) [02018-8145]
45 West Berteau Avenue (north side) from North Cicero Avenue to the first driveway east
thereof; No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, Tow Zone, 7:00am to 9:00am -(18-03171866) [02018-8148]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES:
32 West St. Paul Avenue (south side) from a point 20 feet east of North Western Avenue
to a point 20 feet east thereof; Repeal Ordinance which reads: No Parking Tow Zone, except for l-GO car sharing vehicles only, by Striking the above -- (19-00921772) [02019-493]
WARD AMEND TOW ZONES CONT'D:
44 North Ashland Avenue (east side) from West Addison Street to North Grace Street;
Repeal Ordinance which reads: North Ashland Avenue (east side) from West Addison Street to North Grace Street; No Parking Tow Zone - Street Cleaning, by Striking the above [02019-249]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Traffic Lane - Tow Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
