SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1.' That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the M2-3 Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map 1-G in the area bounded by:
North Carroll Avenue; North Carpenter Street; the south line of Metra (formerly known as the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad); a line 138.46 feet east of and parallel to North Morgan Street; a line 229.07 feel north of and parallel to the alley north of and parallel to West Fulton Market; a line 125 feet east of and parallel to North Morgan Street; the alley north of and parallel to West Fulton Market and North Morgan Street.

to those of a DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all ofthe DX-5 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map 1-G in the area bounded by:
