BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and Planned Development Number 1104 symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 86B in the area bounded by:

West Blackhawk Street; North Larrabee Street; a line approximately 782.97 feet south of and parallel to West Blackhawk Street; a line approximately 69.81 feet north west of and perpendicular to North Larrabee Street; North Clybourne Avenue; a line approximately 37.65 feet south east from North Clybourne Avenue; and an approximately 364.39 feet north east line of vacated North Ogden Avenue,

to those of B3-5, Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the B3-
5, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number
[ ] in the area bounded by:

West Blackhawk Street; North Larrabee Street; a line approximately 782.97 feet south of and parallel to West Blackhawk Street; a line approximately 69.81 feet north west of and perpendicular to North Larrabee Street; North Clybourne Avenue; a line approximately 37.65 feet south east from North Clybourne Avenue; and an approximately 364.39 feet north east line of vacated North Ogden Avenue,
to those of Residential Business Planned Development [ ], which is hereby established
in the area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulation as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.


SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
