BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map 14-G in the area bounded by:

West 59th Street; South Halsted Street; West 60th Street; and the alley immediately West of and parallel to South Halsted Street


to those of a Residential Planned Development No. , which is hereby established in
the area above described, subject to such Use and Bulk Regulations as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.

SECTION 2: The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

I, David Reifman, Commissioner of the City of Chicago Departments' of Planning and Development and of Housing, authorize KBK Enterprises LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, as proposed buyer, to submit a rezoning application to the City of Chicago for the City owned property located from 5900-6300 South Halsted Street (addresses and PIN numbers attached). The rezoning application would change the zoning ofthe subject property from B2-2 (Neighborhood Mixed Use District) to a Planned Development.
