SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all ofthe B2-2 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map 14-G in the area bounded by:

West 61s1 Street; South Halsted Street; West 63ld Parkway; the alley immediately west of and parallel to South Halsted Street


to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all ofthe B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map 14-G in the area bounded by:

West 61s' Street; South Halsted Street; West 63rd Parkway; the alley immediately west of and parallel to South Halsted Street

to those of a Residential Business Planned Development No. , which is hereby
established in the area above described, subject to such Use and Bulk Regulations as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.

SECTION 3: The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
