RESERVED PARKING (2% DISABLED)

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2%Disabled) Signs at the below listed locations:

 

 

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

 

40                     5712 North Talman Avenue(west side) from a point 120 feet north of West Hollywood

Avenue to a point 25 f feet north thereof; Reserved Parking (2%Disabled), All Times, All Days, Public Benefit - (19-00015396) [02018-9432]

 

49                     2045 West Jarvis Avenue (south side) from a point 120 feet west of North Seeley

Avenue to a point 25 feet west thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), All Times, All Days, Public Benefit - (19-00019153) [02018-9433]

49                     1727 West North Shore Avenue (south side) from a point 59 feet east of North

Hermitage Avenue to a point 25 feet east thereof; Reserved Parking (2% Disabled), All Times, All Days, Public Benefit - (19-00019134) [O2018-9434].

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Reserved Parking (2%Disabled) Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
