EXEMPTION OF New Specialty Products, FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY ■ FOR PROPERTY AT 6201-23 S, Ellis Ave. Chicago 60637

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized, and directed to exempt the New Specialty Products, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6201-23 S. Ellis, Chicago Illinois.
