SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. The Commissioner of the Chicago Department of Transportation, or her designee, is each hereby authorized and directed to approve a proposed Lexington Shore Subdivision, being a resubdivision of certain lots owned by the individuals and entities identified in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (each, an "Owner"), in the block bounded by S. Lake Park Avenue, W. 47th Street, approximately S. Oakenwald Avenue, and railroad tracks to the east, as legally described in the attached plat (Exhibit B, CDOT File: 02-04-17-3799) which, for greater clarity, is hereby made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 2. The subdivision herein provided for is made upon the express condition that within one hundred eighty (180) days after the passage of this ordinance, one (1) Owner shall file or cause to be filed for recordation with the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois a certified copy of this ordinance, together with the full sized corresponding plat approved by the Department of Transportation's Acting Superintendent of Maps and Plats.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication. The subdivision shall take effect and be in force from and after the recording of the approved ordinance and/associated plat.
