ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bound by:

a line 174 feet south of and parallel to West 30^th Street; South Wells Street; a line 157.84 feet south of and parallel to West 30^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Wells Street; a line 237.5 feet south of and parallel to West 30^th Street; South Wells Street; a line 194 feet south of and parallel to West 30^th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Wells Street,

to those of a M1-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
