BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RS-2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 24-G in the area bound by:

the alley next north of and parallel to West 99^th Street; West 98^th Place; West 99^th Street; and South Genoa Avenue,

to those of a C1-1, Neighborhood Commercial District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
