Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to SIDETRACK, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, nine (9) Canopy(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3345-49 N. Halsted St
Said Canopy(s) at N. Halsted Street measure(s):
One (1) at eight point three three (8.33) feet in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width fora total of twelve point five (12.5) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Halsted measure(s):
One (1) at ten point five eight (10.58) feet in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width for a total of fifteen point eight seven (15.87) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Halsted measure(s):
One (1) at eight point four one (8.41) feet in length, and one point six (1.6) foot in width for a total of thirteen point four six (13.46) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Halsted measure(s):
One (1) at nineteen point two five (19.25) feet in length, and three (3) feet in width for a total of fifty-seven point seven five (57.75) square feet.
Said Canopy(s) at N. Halsted measure(s):
