ORDINANCE
RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER Acct. No. 62954 - 31 Permit No. 1138339

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eighteen (18) Caisson(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1520 W. Harrison St
Said Caisson(s) at W. Congress Pkwy measure(s):
Two (2) at sixpoint two five (6.25) feet in length, and one point two five (1.25) foot in width for a total of fifteen point six three (15.63) square feet.
Two (2) at six point five (6.5) feet in length, and one point six seven (1.67) foot in width for a total of twenty-one point seven one (21.71) square feet.
Three (3) at eight point three three (8.33) feet in length, and two point four two (2.42) feet in width for a total of sixty point four eight (60.48) square feet.
Ten (10) at nine point four two (9.42) feet in length, and two point nine two (2.92) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-five point zero six (275.06) square feet.
One (1) at seven point seven five (7.75) feet in length, and two point one seven (2.17) feet in width for a total of sixteen point eight two (16.82) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Development and Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
