RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER Acct. No. 62954 - 2 Permit No. 1137628

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use six (6) Pipe(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1653 W. Congress Pkwy
Said Pipe(s) at S. Ashland Avenue measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred fifty-four (154) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of six hundred sixteen (616) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately twenty-two (22) feet in depth.
One (1) at one hundred fourteen (114) feet in length, and three point five (3.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred ninety-nine (399) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately twenty-two (22) feet in in depth.
One (1) at one hundred ten (110) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-five (275) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately twenty-two (22) feet in depth.
One (1) atone hundred fifty-four (154) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred eighty-five (385) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately sixteen (16) feet in depth.
One (1) atone hundred fourteen (114) feet in length, and two (2) feet in width for a total of two hundred twenty-eight (228) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately sixteen (16) feet in depth.
One (1) at one hundred ten (110) feet in length, and two point five (2.5) feet in width for a total of two hundred seventy-five (275) square feet. Said pipe shall be approximately sixteen (16) feet in depth.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
