BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago David G. Adler is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 4947 N Kimball, for the year 2019.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its Passage and publication.
