ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION I. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 7-J in the area bounded by
A line perpendicular to North Emmett Street 397.71 feet northwesterly cf the west line of North Kedzie Avenue as measured along the west line of North Emmett Street; North Emmett Street; a line perpendicular to North Emmett Street 22.71 feet northwesterly of the west line of North Kedzie Avenue as measured along the west line of North Emmett Street, the public alley next west of and parallel to North Emmett Street,
to those of an B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 7-.I in the area bounded by
A line perpendicular to North Emmett Street 397.71 feet northwesterly of the west line of North Kedzie Avenue as measured along the west line of North Emmett Street; North Emmett Street; a line perpendicular to North Emmett Street 22.71 feet northwesterly of the west line of North Kedzie Avenue as measured along the west line of North Emmett Street, the public alley next west of and parallel to North Emmett Street,
to those of a Planned Development Number , which is hereby established in the area
described above and subject to such use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and to no others.
