ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-H in the area bounded by
a line 25' north of and parallel to North Paulina Street; North Milwaukee Avenue; North Paulina Street, and the alley next west of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue
to those of a Cl-3 Neighborhood Commercial District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

In accordance with Section 17-13-0107 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, please be informed that on or about March 27, 2019, the undersigned will file an application for a change in zoning from a Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District to a CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District on behalf of 1300 North Milwaukee, LLC (the "Applicant") for the property located at 1300 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, IL 60622 (the "Subject Property").
The Applicant is seeking a zoning amendment for the Subject Property to establish a new tavern use and an accessory eating establishment within the existing ground floor commercial tenant space of the building. This ground floor space is approximately 2,500 square feet and there are zero parking spaces provided on-site. The four (4) existing residential dwelling units on the second and third floor are to remain unchanged.
