NO PARKING TOW ZONE EXCEPT SCHOOL PERSONNEL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend No Parking Tow Zone Except School Personnel Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
23 West 64th Place (south side) from a point 20 feet west of South Nottingham Avenue
to a point 295 feet west thereof; No Parking Tow Zone Except School Personnel, 7:00am to 4:30pm, School Days - (19-01050817) [02019-1569]
23 South Nottingham Avenue (east side) from a point 20 feet north of West 65th Street to
a point 85 feet north thereof; No Parking Tow Zone Except For Authorized School Personnel, 7:00am to 4:30pm, School Days - (19-01050800) [O2019-1575]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend No Parking Tow Zone except School Personnel Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
