ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 4-244-140(b) ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the underscored text, as follows:

(b)     Peddling is prohibited as described in the following indicated areas:

(Omitted text is unaffected by this ordinance)

(30)    From May 1st through October 31st, peddling is prohibited on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on both sides of Logan Boulevard, from Sacramento Avenue to Milwaukee Avenue.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall become effective upon passage and publication.
