BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt The Gardner School of 1521 W Wilson Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for Premise Address.

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication.

I am respectfully requesting a commissioner's authority letter exempting The Gardner School of 1521 W Wilson Avenue from being required to place barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for this address. Please issue the letter once an ordinance to this effect has been introduced at the City Council meeting April 10, 2019.
