ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the ordinances heretofore passed by the City Council establishing Residential Permit Parking Zones in the 1st Ward in the area with the following boundaries:

• 1228 to 1248 West Race Avenue (even side of the street); 1233 to 1249 West Race Avenue (odd side of the street); all times, all days

Are hereby amended, and this Ordinance establishes that within the aforementioned boundaries, Residential Permit Parking Zone [681], shall take effect upon passage and publication.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect upon passage and publication.
