BE IT ORDAINED B Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all the RSI Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-F in the area bounded by


a line 213.9 feet north of and parallel to West 43rd Street; the alley • next east of and parallel to South Halsted Street; West 43 rd Street; and South Halsted Street,

to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The Applicant intends to change the zoning from the existing RSI Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District and B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District to B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District to construct 19 new 3 story townhomes in 4 buildings. There will be 19 parking spaces. No commercial space.
