Ladies and Gentlemen:

Please take notice that 1 have selected and do hereby designate the following individuals as my additional proxies for me in my name, place and stead to affix my signature as Mayor of the City of Chicago to the following types of instruments:

Jennie Huang Bennett-        Any bond, note or other financial instrument required to be signed

by the Mayor.

Shannon E. Andrews -                     Any contract or modification agreement whose execution is

authorized by the Illinois Municipal Purchasing Act or Chapter 2-92 of the Municipal Code and required to be signed by the Mayor.

Mark A. Flessner -                     Any license, permit, contract, change order, ordinance, bond, deed,

grant document or any other written instrument required to be signed by the Mayor.
