ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the   5500 block of South St. Louis Avenue , on the east side ofthe street only, from 5515-5557 South St. Louis Avenue . at all times, and on all days.
