ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 14-M in the area bound by:

the alley next north of parallel to West 63^rd Street; a line 74.26 feet west of and parallel to South Monitor Avenue; West 63^rd Street; and a line 170.26 feet west of and parallel to South Monitor Avenue,

to those of a RS-2, Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
