BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on July 13,1995, establishing residential permit parking zones in designated areas, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 4644 page of the Journal of Proceeding] :

"West Fillmore Street                     from South Independence Boulevard to South

Springfield Avenue

Residential Permit Parking Zone 217."

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
