BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District, Cl-2 Neighborhood Commercial District and RS-3 Residential, Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 8-1 in the area bounded by:

Starting at a point 591.47 feet north ofthe north line of W. 38,h Street intersecting with the the Gulf Mobile & Ohio Railroad right of way; a line 325.02 feet to the east line of S. Maplewood Avenue; a line running north 8.84 feet to the Gulf Mobile & Ohio Railroad right of way; the Gulf Mobile & Ohio Railroad right of way traveling east for a distance of 43.81 feet, continuing along an arc measuring 249.60 feet traveling southeasterly to the west line ofthe S. Campbell Avenue , right of way; an east-west line traveling east 66 feet to the east line of the S. Campbell Avenue right of way line; a north-south line traveling south 157.19 feet; an east-west line traveling west 20 feet; a north-south line traveling south 30 feet; an east-west line traveling east 20 feet; a north-south line traveling south 78.99 feet; an east-west line 233.8 feet north of the north line of West 38,h Street traveling west 66 feet; S.
