RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER Acct. No. 62954 - 31 Permit No. 1139084

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to RUSH UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use sixty-four (64) Tieback System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 1520 W. Harrison St
Said Tieback System(s) at 501-511 S Ashland measure(s):
Five (5) at forty-four (44) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of one hundred ten (110) square feet.
Five (5) at thirty-nine (39) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of ninety-seven point five (97.5) square feet.
Said Tieback System(s) at 513-523 S Ashland measure(s):
Eleven (11) at fifty-six (56) feet in length, and point five (.5) feet in width for a total of three hundred eight (308) square feet.
