MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend Weight Limitation Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD WEIGHT LIMITATIONS:
36 . West Dickens Avenue from North Kostner Avenue to North Kolmar Avenue;
Weight Limitation 5 - Tons, (19-01179378) [02019-2952]
36 North Kenneth Avenue from West Fullerton Avenue to West Armitage Avenue; Weight
Limitations 5 - Tons - (19-01179297) [02019-2965]
SECTION 2. and publication.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Weight Limitations on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
