SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is

hereby amended by changing all of the RS3 Single-Unit Detached House District symbols and

indications as shown on Map No. 14-G in the area bounded by:

A line 298.5 feet north of and parallel to the north line of West 61s1 Street, the public alley next east of South Green Street, a line 268.25 feet north of and parallel to the north line of 61st Street, South Green Street

to those of a RT4 Residential Two-Fiat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due

publication.
