ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-L in the area bound by:

a line 89.19 feet north of and parallel to West 65^th Street; the alley next east of and parallel to South Lavergne Avenue; a line 119.32 feet north of and parallel to West 65^th Street; South Laporte Avenue; West 65^th Street; and South Lavergne Avenue,

to those of a RS-2, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
