ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-H in the area bound by:

West Grenshaw Street; a line 124.4 feet west of and parallel to South Oakley Boulevard, the alley next south of and parallel to West Grenshaw Street; and the alley next east of and parallel to South Western Street,

to those of a RT-3.5, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
