ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1: That the City Zoning Ordinance by amended by changing all the RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-H in area bound by:
A line 45.35 feet south of and parallel to West Hood Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Hamilton Avenue; a line 75.31 feet south of and parallel to West Hood Avenue; North Hamilton Avenue
To those of a RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
