Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to GCYC, LLC,, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eleven (11) Planter(s) on the public right-of-way for beautification purposes adjacent to its premises known as 7208 S. Ingleside Ave
Said Planter(s) at S. Ingleside measure(s):
One (1) at forty-three (43) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred seventy-two (172) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at S. Ingleside measure(s):
One (1) at thirty-two point six six (32.66) feet in length, and four (4) feet in width for a total of one hundred thirty point six four (130.64) square feet.
Said Planter(s) at S. South Chicago measure(s):
Five (5) at fifty-five (55) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of one thousand two hundred twelve point seven five (1212.75) square feet.
